Post- First Rehearsal
First Rehearsals are always interesting. Especially when they are on Sunday mornings that occur after Saturday evenings...
One down and only 5 more to go: Geez, rehearsals come and go so quickly here!
Guess that means it's time to start memorizing lines! And maybe working a bit on character and physicality.
Guess that means maybe I need to get off my couch a bit this week to get this thing on its feet before REHEARSAL NUMBER 2!!!
P.S. HURRAY!! 2 More donations!! Two more superheroes in the world of Katie Leamen (although I know who you are and I have to amend that you were superheroes to me before too)!!!!!

I have to admit that $1500 in fundraising is a very daunting amount. Doubly hard is that this is the First Shakespeare Challenge so it is not even something that many people know about. It's not like I can go stand outside Costco and try to drum up donations that way. I mean, I could but that seems to work best with causes that people already know or that you can explain in the 2 seconds before they walk past you.
So I am asking you to help. If you can donate something, that would be extremely helpful, generous, and a good deed. If you just can't afford it (and believe me I know how that feels) you can still help by letting other people know who maybe feel passionately about the arts and can afford a little or a lot.
Just like there are no small parts for actors, there are no small donations! A Donation of ANY size is a donation we can use!
